Aloha HAWAIICGL Members, we know you’ve all been waiting for official forms for the upcoming HAWAII CHAMPIONSHIP GAMING LEAGUE™ HALO® 3 4 VS 4 ONLINE TOURNAMENT. The wait is now over, we’ll be accepting and verifying forms as of today. We’ll be starting entry fee collection as of Monday, October 5, 2009. We look forward into find out who the best team is in Hawaii and name our Innagrual HALO® 3 Tourmament Champions. The question is, do you have what it takes to win?

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Each team will have a Team Liason (Captain) that will be the main representative to fill out the necessary information on our Official Registration form.
2. All players must be registered as a member of HAWAIICGL to praticipate in the tournament.
3. Each individual player will fill out the Official Rules with their information, signed (electronically or physically) and dated.
4. Participants under eighteen (18) must have parental consent, and a parent or guardian must sign the Official Consent Form.
5. All forms will be submitted to registration@hawaiicgl.com
6. Entry fees will be accepted through Paypal to provide receipts for Team Liason and HAWAIICGL.
   • An invoice will be sent to the email that is provided for payment of entry fee and will also be the same email the prize will be awarded to in the event of winning the tournament.
7. Tournament Brackets will be posted on Friday, October 9, 2009
8. Tournament Brackets will be updated on Saturday, October 10, 2009 with notification of game hosts.
9. During the Tournament, HAWAIICGL STATS gamertag will be providing up-to-date scores & upcoming opponent through Xbox Live and we’ll have up-to-date scores & brackets posted on our website.
