ok so my little kuzen has all his vid masters unlocked already and when he jumped in to halo3 he did not have RECON in his armors so i did some research and i found out if you have all your vid masters done four(4) from halo3 and three(3) from halo ODST after what you need to do is go to bungie.net and sign up / sign in and click on service record(WILL BE UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER) it will take you to a new page and there will be this little thing you need to click and there your done sign back in to xbox pop halo3 in and go show off your RECON =)
